In 2006 I bought a home at 360 West Spazier Avenue. Jay Geisenheimer was my broker and the transaction went smoothly, without a ripple. Jay was very professional, educating me about the Burbank Rancho and generally being very helpful with all neighborhood concerns.

For the past several years, we have been thinking about purchasing a horse property with a good barn so our beloved Palomino can eat his hay in peace. This was a daunting task because the house has to make both the human and the horse happy. We recently decided to move out of our townhouse into a house so that our one year old son would have a yard to play in. Jay took over our sales listing during a very difficult time.
